for holiday rentals at Mas Antonine

1. Scope
These Terms and Conditions apply to all booking inquiries and rental agreements made via www.masantonine.com between the guest and GFA du Mas Antonine.

2. Booking and Contract
Bookings are made via email or contact form. The contract is concluded upon written confirmation. Payment is handled privately – there is no online checkout system.

Different rates apply for high season and low season. The applicable price will be communicated during the booking process.

A minimum stay of 2 nights is required.

3. Payment
Payment must be made in advance to the bank account provided in the booking confirmation. The booking becomes binding only after payment has been received. The final amount is based on the applicable season and length of stay.

4. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be submitted in writing.

Up to 30 days before arrival: free of charge
29 to 14 days before arrival: 50% of the total amount
From 13 days before arrival or no-show: 100% of the total amount

We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.

5. Use of the Apartments
The apartments may only be used for private purposes and according to the descriptions on the website. Pets are allowed only upon prior request. Smoking is not permitted inside the apartments.

6. Liability
GFA du Mas Antonine is liable only in cases of intent or gross negligence. We accept no responsibility for personal belongings.

7. Governing Law
French law shall apply. Jurisdiction is Arles, France.
If any provision is found invalid, the remaining terms remain in full force.
